Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to prepare students for the National Defence Academy (NDA) examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and experience in competitive exam coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics syllabus relevant to NDA exams (Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Geometry, Statistics, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and study materials
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock exams
- Analyze student performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Guide students in problem-solving techniques and time management
- Stay updated with NDA exam patterns and syllabus changes
- Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual support
- Motivate and mentor students for academic and career success
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching NDA/CDS or similar competitive exams preferred
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Familiarity with online/offline teaching tools (if applicable)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in coaching defense exam aspirants
- Ability to create exam-oriented content
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Classroom management skills
Salary:
- As per industry standards / Based on experience
Working Hours:
- Flexible / As per institute schedule\
