About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled SolidWorks Trainer to join our engineering training division. The candidate will be responsible for training students and professionals in SolidWorks 3D CAD design, ensuring they gain strong technical and practical knowledge aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on SolidWorks — including Part Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, and Surface Modeling.
• Explain design principles, parametric modeling, and product design workflows.
• Prepare structured course materials, assignments, and real-world projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance during lab sessions and evaluate student progress.
• Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks versions and design methodologies.
• Develop and deliver advanced modules (e.g., Sheet Metal, Weldments, Simulation).
• Organize workshops, design challenges, and certification sessions for students.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks: Part, Assembly, Drawing, Surface, Sheet Metal, and Simulation.
• Solid understanding of mechanical design, product development, and GD&T principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• SolidWorks Certification (CSWA / CSWP / CSWE) preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 1–3 years of industry or teaching experience in SolidWorks.Freshers with strong design knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Compensation

Salary: ₹60 to ₹300 per hour
(based on experience, expertise, and session type)
Location Preference: Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby areas will be given priority.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
