- Your markets, your campaigns: Take responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising across key countries in Europe & APAC. You are the driving force to bring new consumers to our brands and deepen engagement with existing ones.
- Strategy & growth: Contribute to defining media strategy, budgets, and KPIs for paid and affiliate channels. Ensure efficient phasing and allocation of budgets across Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, and Retail Media.
- Campaign management: Execute and manage campaigns hands-on across platforms such as Amazon (AMS), retail media networks, The Trade Desk, Criteo, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube. Test, monitor, and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaboration & creativity: Work closely with Content, Brand Management, and Sales to ensure advertising output is engaging, customer-relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. Brief creative teams and manage a roadmap of experiments and testing.
- Reporting & insights: Analyze traffic and performance data, provide actionable insights, and deliver regular reports on ROAS, CTR, funnel conversion, and brand equity impact.

- Education: Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, or similar field – or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: First hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization across paid digital channels. Strong analytical mindset with an eagerness to work with tools such as Google Analytics and media tracking platforms.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English. Additional European languages (Finnish, German, Polish, French, Italian) are a plus.
- Personality: Curious, creative, structured, and proactive. Strong accountability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, international matrix environment.
