Allergy clinic in Peachtree City is looking for a strong candidate to fill the position.
Our office has two locations: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in Peachtree City and Wednesday in Newnan. Should be flexible to work in both locations.
Clinic has a growing patient population and sees all age groups, with a higher percentage of pediatric food allergy patients. Our clinic office staff are trusted with the ultimate responsibility, ensuring outstanding patient experience, the key to our continued success. Previous experience in allergy/pulmonary/ENT will be preferred but not a must.
Duties may include:
- Triaging patients and assisting physicians with patients and procedures
- Following up with patients
- Calling in prescriptions
- Excellent computer skills
- Performing allergy shots, pulmonary function tests, allergy skin testing, patch testing (not a necessity to have experience in performing these procedures)
- Floating between front and back office responsibilities as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong math skills, previous experience in transcribing or excellent typing skills

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
