Overview:

BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Lumina Vein & Aesthetic Institute.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain room set up for the providers

- Room patients with vitals, leg measurements, and pictures

- Ensure chart prep is completed with consents, pre/post care instructions

- Maintaining clinical workflow to ensure the clinic runs on-time

- Answer phones when needed, and maintain the schedule

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques

- Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Certified Medical Assistant

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients

- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and device treatments we offer here at the office, which can be learned

- Experience with computer software

- Experience with Athena or some EMR

- Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs

- Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized service

- Professional demeanor and appearance

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
