Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Counsellor cum Telecaller who will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls and counselling patients on healthcare or medical education services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients/students and explain services offered
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding treatments, courses, or consultations
• Convert leads into appointments or admissions by effective counselling
• Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis
• Maintain a detailed database of calls and enquiries using CRM or Excel
• Assist in online consultations or registrations where required
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, or academic staff for appointments or demo sessions
• Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, or outreach activities (if applicable)

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi, English (Gujarati is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in medical, counselling, education, or wellness sectors is preferred

Salary: ₹12000 to 20000 per month + Incentives
