Medical Sales Consultant –

Location: Charlotte, NC (Territory-Based | Not Remote)

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is seeking a performance driven Medical Sales Consultant to develop and manage the Charlotte, NC territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on partnering with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes through proprietary dynamic splinting systems.

This position is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a performance-based environment, value clinical education, and want ownership of their territory.

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will operate as the clinical and business expert within your assigned territory:

  • Develop and grow referral relationships with MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, and other healthcare providers
  • Educate clinicians on how Dynasplint Systems integrate into rehabilitative treatment plans
  • Generate and manage patient orders within your territory
  • Fit patients with prescribed Dynasplint Systems and provide hands-on instruction for proper use
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, patient interactions, and sales activity
  • Build long-term partnerships while consistently prospecting and developing new accounts

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking driven, accountable professionals with the ability to build and grow business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
  • Must reside in the Charlotte, NC territory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Physiology, Biology, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Business etc)
  • Clinical background (PTA, COTA, ATC, rehab tech, medical assistant, etc.)
  • Experience calling on physicians or healthcare providers
  • Athletic background
