Medical Equipment Delivery, Training & Service Technician

Are you a mechanically-minded individual with a knack for problem-solving and able to travel? Join our fast-paced, growing small medical business in the Cambridge-Isanti area! We specialize in sales, service, delivery, and training, and we're looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team.

What You'll Do:

As a Medical Equipment Delivery, Training, and Service Technician, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Delivery and Pickup: Safely lift, load, and transport medical tables to and from medical clinics, trailers, and vehicles. This role requires regular travel, including some overnight stays.
  • On-site Service: Travel throughout a 5-state area to install, train and in-service chiropractic and medical tables at client locations.
  • Repair: This involves repairing and replacing various components.
  • Effective Communication: Work with sales reps, doctors & staff, other service technicians, suppliers & vendors.
  • Inventory: Order parts, track inventory & shipments.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional image.
  • The ability to lift, load, and deliver equipment.
  • A good driving record and driving skills.
  • Some mechanical skills and the ability and willingness to repair equipment.
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to help resolve issues.
  • Detail-oriented – track inventory, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Strong communication, phone, and computer skills.
  • Experience with wiring and electrical is helpful.
  • Ability and willingness to drive a forklift.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $25-$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
