We’re a thriving mental health clinic in South Jordan looking for a friendly, detail-loving Office Billing Manager who can balance heart and hustle.

This is more than a desk job — you’ll be the warm welcome our patients count on, the steady hand behind the scenes, and the person who makes sure both care and business flow smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients like they’re the most important part of your day (because they are).
• Handle insurance billing like a pro, using your know-how to keep things moving.
• Request and track pre-authorizations with accuracy.
• Follow up on insurance claims, including denial management.
• Provide TMS treatments (we’ll train you).
• Team up with providers and support staff to ensure every visit is smooth from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years working in a medical or office setting.
• Friendly, confident communicator who makes people feel at ease.
• Experience with insurance companies and pre-authorizations.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and good at juggling priorities.
• A genuine heart for helping people.
