We are seeking a professional, energetic, customer service-oriented Medical & Physician Associate. leading multidisciplinary health and wellness centre in Ontario, specializing in Conventional, Preventive, Precision, Integrative, and Naturopathic Medicine. Our boutique practice is designed to deliver a highly personalized experience that goes beyond traditional healthcare.
We focus on identifying risk factors early, optimizing health, and supporting long-term vitality through structured programs.
As part of our collaborative team, you will work alongside physicians, naturopathic doctors, nurse practitioners, lifestyle coaches, and allied health professionals, all committed to helping clients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Primary Duties:
- Needs Assessments
- Completing medical intakes, patient medical history, and medical abstracting
- Performing physical examinations and urgent care assessments
- Counselling patient on preventive health care
- Performing certain controlled acts as delegated by a physician
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic test
- Provide coverage for venipuncture as needed
- Maintain and update the EMR with key client information
- Ability to perform Clinical testing
- Provide reception coverage and complete administrative task as required
- Priming, inserting and removing IVs
- Monitoring patients on IV therapy
- Maintaining organization of patient IV protocols
- Triaging and communicating patient treatment plans
- Tracking IV product inventory and ordering
- Trained on IV emergency procedures and can execute when required
- Communicating instructions on prescribed functional health tests
The role requires
- International Medical Graduate (IMG)
- Phlebotomy certificate
- At least 3 years medical office or healthcare-related experience
- Post-secondary education in the related field
- Familiar with Accuro (Preferred, not required, training will be provided)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to providing an excellent client experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $47,000.00 per year

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- EMR: 3 years (preferred)
