High volume comprehensive Interventional Pain Management practice looking to add a professional, articulate medical receptionist to our staff in Pompano Beach, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Must have relevant experience.
The ideal candidate is confident in both verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to interact with patients efficiently.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Greet and check in patients with enthusiasm and warmth.
Answer high-volume phone lines and route calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments, manage provider resources and schedules.
Confident in handling cash, checks and cards.
Uphold HIPAA compliance at all times.
Required: Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and organized
Experience in EclinicalWorks EMR is a plus, bilingual is a plus.
