Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical scheduling systems accurately
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care efficiently
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role (e.g., Dental Receptionist, ER Receptionist)
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks
