Check-in and register patients arriving for appointments.
Review Patient Demographics and obtain all necessary consents
Collect patient payments when necessary
Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
Schedule patient appointments
Greet all patients with compassion and care
Communicate with clinic in regards to patient needs
Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor
Athena Practice and AthenaOne EMR Experience Preferred
Fast Paced and High Volume Practice, we can see up to 100 patients a day
Multi-tasking
Handle appointment line
Cross-Train on other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 38 per week
