Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to cultivate a motivated and efficient team focused on patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Greet patients and visitors with professionalism, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes their needs.
  • Streamline Operations: Manage patient scheduling and appointments, optimizing workflow and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of office and clinical supplies to ensure readiness for patient care.
  • Resolve Issues: Address patient inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with clinical staff to elevate patient care and service delivery, ensuring a cohesive experience for all.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
