Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in patient information.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist patients with their requests and provide information regarding appointments.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing patient information and managing appointments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction throughout their appointment.
  • Proficiency at computer skills, scheduling patients, proof-reading documents, and using Google Suite applications effectively. .

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an operator, and front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Google Suite, for daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing quality service.
  • Warm and caring personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
