Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time role at our Debden service location. Reporting to the Manager Member Service, the Member Service Representative will have a genuine desire to respond to member requests. This position has the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering outstanding member service, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members.
Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional member service as you:
- Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with Prosperity Credit Union members by having meaningful conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and listening carefully to understand their financial needs.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent service to members by accurately handling daily financial transactions in person and over the phone.
- Connect Members: Work with branch colleagues to help members find personalized credit and investment solutions.
- Recommend Solutions: Show your knowledge of Prosperity Credit Union's products and services by answering member questions and providing recommendations for their future needs.
- Empower members: Help members use digital channels, allowing them to bank with Prosperity Credit Union whenever and wherever they prefer.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required. Prior experience in customer service or financial services is an asset, as is experience completing cash transactions.
- Proven computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to demonstrate proactive behaviour by offering assistance or recommendations to members before they inquire.

Pay: $42,824.00-$53,530.00 per year
