We are seeking a high energy, friendly and driven person to join our team. Our aim is to be the best fitness/gym experience in our local area where our members feel supported.
In the role of Membership Consultant your duties will include:
Reception, enquiry handling, administration, membership sales, member services, maintaining a very high level of club cleanliness, contributing to social media and creating a great member experience.
The successful applicant must have:
- A hands-on, positive and can-do attitude
- Motivating, and effective communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Passion for the fitness industry to help get people started towards a healthier lifestyle
- Ability to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
- Minimum 2years experience in like or similar role
- Demonstrated success in sales in like or similar role
- A genuine desire to learn and grow within the role
