We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is:
A fitness enthusiast excited to work in a fun, high-energy studio
Positive, friendly, and great at building rapport
A strong communicator, in person and over the phone
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:
✅ Greet everyone with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge
✅ Present the OTF experience to prospective members and give studio tours
✅ Work the front desk — answer calls, book classes, follow up with leads
✅ Support intros during their first Orangetheory workout alongside our coaches
✅ Sell memberships and help the studio grow
✅ Help keep the studio clean, organized, and ready to impress
