```Duties```
- Perform metal fabrication tasks including cutting, bending, and assembling metal components use MIG welding techniques.
- Operate various power tools and equipment such as grinders and plasma cutting machines and Oxy/Acc torches
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
- Use basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions for metal fabrication projects
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is required
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with ductwork fabrication is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Experience operating a crane or rig is a plus

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills are also essential for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
