Extracting of Raw File, Brief, RPF and Lead Import Template.

Preparing error free Delivery Files from Raw File for all the Campaigns

Update and Maintain Internal and Master Suppression and TAL list on daily basis

Placing right Data under mentioned Header

Formatting the data as per Client Requirements

Assure deliveries are completed within specified time

Check prospect and company link in case of any confusion

Send Excel and CSV Formatted Delivery to the concern authority

Collate data from various locations and generate reports

Make sure the mapping are done correctly as per given RPF

Make sure CPC, Suppression and TAL is checked thoroughly before delivering the file to the client

EOD to be shared with the management on daily basis.

Make sure First Name, Last Name and Domains are checked properly

Action Delivered Leads on Portal and update respective reports.

Prepare the delivery chart report daily

Maintain Rejected Leads file and share on a daily basis

Prepare master file of Deliveries, Raw File and Rejected Leads

Campaign closure activities with the approval of the Department Head

Make employee performance Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

Make sure to check the Holiday List of Countries before delivering the file

Email and Asset blasting

Prepare and update Bounce File

Provide strong Reporting and Analytical Information support to Management team

Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve Reporting efficiency and consistency

Conduct regular backups to maintain Data Integrity

Perform all duties which come under MIS Department

Coordinate with other Department and Team Members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
