Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients/students for pending payments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain daily records of recovery status and update reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving payment issues.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets within assigned timelines.
- Handle escalated cases professionally and provide timely resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for report tracking.
- Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.
- Prior experience in recovery or collections will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
