Position Overview:
We are looking for a Montessori Primary Teacher trained from AMI or IMTC, who is passionate about guiding young children during their foundational years. While experience is welcome, fresh graduates with a deep commitment to Montessori values and a love for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of children aged 2–6 years
- Observe, guide, and assess children’s progress with patience and sensitivity
- Facilitate independence, responsibility, and self-discipline in each child
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to build a supportive learning community
- Model grace, courtesy, and respect in all interactions
- Participate in regular team meetings and school events
Qualifications & Skills:
- Montessori Primary Training Certification (AMI or IMTC – mandatory)
- Please note that we only recognize training from the two institutions mentioned – AMI and IMTC. Candidates who have completed courses from other institutions are welcome to apply only if they are willing to undergo intensive training with us.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (essential)
- A deep respect for the child and commitment to the Montessori philosophy
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow as an educator
- Patience, warmth, and a nurturing attitude
- Any degree

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
