Your Role

• Guide clients through purchase and refinance options
• Structure loans through our wholesale lending partners
• Manage files from application to closing with support from our operations team
• Deliver excellent service while building long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS License (Required)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Motivated professionals ready to grow their production
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Compensation

$120,000 – $250,000+ annually (commission based)

Most Loan Officers at Clear2 earn six figures, with top performers exceeding $200K+ per year.

Our floor pay structure ensures you always earn either your guaranteed floor or your commissions — whichever is higher.
