- Own end-to-end mortgage product strategy including LAP and Home Loans.
- Design, launch, and enhance mortgage products aligned with market demand and growth goals.
- Drive disbursement growth, market share, and product profitability.
- Define product pricing, eligibility, tenure, and policy frameworks in collaboration with credit teams.
- Identify and activate growth channels (DSA, digital, branch, builder, broker).
- Analyze customer journeys and funnel data to improve conversion and TAT.
- Lead product pilots, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
- Track product performance, portfolio quality, and ROI of growth initiatives.
- Drive cross-sell, top-up, and repeat loan strategies within the mortgage portfolio.
- Present product roadmaps, growth metrics, and insights to senior leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
