Requirements:

*Must be able to pass drug screen and background. We have a strict no drugs or alcohol policy.

* Must be reliable, dependable, eager to learn , motivated, hard working, and honest. You must understand that there is no guaranteed to a set schedule as we operate on an as needed basis. Understand that Weekend hours are more likely than weekday.

*Must be able to lift 100 lbs + and able to move the clients' furniture and things as if they were your very own prized possessions.

*Previous moving experience is REQUIRED. Must be able to move big items in small/crammed spaces without breaking anything or scuffing the walls or furniture. If you have never worked for a moving company DO NOT APPLY ! If your only moving experience is from personal moves, DO NOT APPLY.

*Must be a leader. You must be able to lead a crew and take charge ! Prior crew leading experience required. We are looking for someone who wants to excel in our company and is not ok with settling for bare minimum.

*MUST have a valid drivers license and personal transportation to work. If you have your own truck with hauling capabilities that is preferred. Pay is more when you have your own truck.

* Must be able to complete a full job with Limited smoke breaks ,No profanity, Maximum respect. We prize ourselves on our professional reputation and services rendered. Zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior.

*Must wear a uniform. We provide shirts, you must wear either khakis or blue jeans, and non slip shoes or boots.

*Must be trustworthy. We need to know that we can trust you in anyone’s home With their possessions.

* We offer paid training starting at $15.00 an hour. There will be a one month probation period where performance will be reviewed in order for pay increase.

* Room for growth in our company is STRONGLY encouraged.
