ZircoDATA is seeking a full-time National Transport Co-ordinator who is responsible for managing and scheduling our internal transport fleet. The position involves extensive planning, coordination and follow-up across a complex national operation.
This role is responsible for overseeing approximately 200 vehicles and 30 drivers across Australia, ensuring daily tasks are completed within strict timeframes and compliance requirements. The position also requires regular data analysis, manual scheduling, and constant attention to breakdowns, delays and vehicle maintenance.
Key Requirements
- A professional or vocational qualification and at least two years’ experience in a comparable transport or logistics role.
- Mandatory experience — applicants without this will not be considered:
- Using Total Recall, Salesforce and NetSuite systems
- NAID training and experience
- Proven ability to manage and maintain vehicles, arrange repairs, and assist drivers during unplanned breakdowns or incidents.
- Ability to work five days onsite, with availability on public holidays and on-call duties to support operations outside normal hours.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced position that requires persistence and resilience to manage competing demands across multiple states.
