Ndt Technician - Immersion Ultrasonic With Turntable Experience.

National Inspection & Consultants/an Element Technologies Company, is seeking NDT Level II UT Immersion Technicians with experience in turntable inspections.

Overview
This role requires solid Level II Ultrasonic Technicians that have adequate experience in Immersion Testing under NAS-410 Standards using an SDI tank, quality assurance processes, and the ability to analyze results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nondestructive testing (NDT) using Immersion ultrasonic techniques.
• Perform quality inspections on components and assemblies, ensuring adherence to industry codes and standards.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to assemble and disassemble test specimens as needed.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testing processes and quality assurance measures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests performed, and results obtained.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling materials and equipment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• Turntable UT Immersion: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Level II UT Certification (Required)
