About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Network Protection Representative role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to provide planned network patrols of key underground and overhead network assets, monitoring of civil and construction activities and ensuring contractor education to reduce third party damage to the network making a real impact.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of underground and overhead electricity systems

• Experienced in risk assessments, safety compliance, and incident reporting

• Skilled in site audits, route patrols, and contractor supervision

• Proficient in job status updates, reporting, and on-site training

• Able to respond quickly to faults and site issues

• Knowledge of industry regulations and Wellington Electricity standards

• Ensures contractors are trained, licensed, and properly equipped

• Adheres to lone worker and health & safety protocols
