Night Auditor

• Balance accounts from the day shift
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake up calls and other concierge duties
• Handle guest requests and complaints employing other departments as necessary
• Manage and update all official documents pertaining to the role
• Ensure all end-of-day activities have been successfully reconciled
• Answer calls and queries on various internal and external communication lines

• Strong customer service ability
• 1-2 years of hotel night audit or front desk experience
• Math and bookkeeping skills necessary
• Computer-based knowledge such as data entry, accounting, invoicing, and billing
• Attention to detail and organization
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Problem solver and ability to diffuse tense situations
• Able to work weekends and holidays
