Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be working overnight combining duties of night time accounting and front desk agent. You will manage security, resolve guest issues and close the day by balancing daily financial transactions, posting room charges and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy in the reservation system
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs efficiently
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting as needed
• Support team members in ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests are highly advantageous
• Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and reservation management software
• Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and local area information
• Professional appearance and positive attitude committed to guest satisfaction

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
