Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless guest experiences during overnight hours, maintaining the hotel’s operational standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and reservations using hotel management software
  • Prepare detailed nightly reports on hotel activities, occupancy, and financial transactions
  • Handle late-night administrative tasks such as balancing accounts and reconciling cash drawers
  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while adhering to safety and security standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of guest services best practices within the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
