The Gleneagle Hotel, certified as a Great Place to Work, is currently seeking a Night Porter to join our dedicated team.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, efficient, and helpful service to guests.
  • Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest queries.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties.
  • Support guest needs in the lobby (transport, amenities, etc.).
  • Ensure hotel and guest security during night hours.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
