The Gleneagle Hotel, certified as a Great Place to Work, is currently seeking a Night Porter to join our dedicated team.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, efficient, and helpful service to guests.
- Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest queries.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties.
- Support guest needs in the lobby (transport, amenities, etc.).

Ensure hotel and guest security during night hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles preferred.
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
