We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team two nights per week.

The successful candidate will:

• To work closely with Reception and carry out any request that they may have in relation to customer needs.
• To ensure all departmental S.O.P’s, Hotel Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
• To ensure all corridors are clear from trays and debris.
• To operate floor polisher and have working knowledge of computers
• To clean and ensure the lobby and surround areas where Guest are, are left clean and tidy
• To answer the calls on Reception.
• Write any Health/safety or maintenance faults in the book at Reception
• To carry out fire walks during your shift and sign logs. Remove blockages
• To set-up rooms as directed by the Duty manager or assist other department with preparation for the following day.
• To maintain open communication line with Staff & Guests
• To be environmentally friendly and cost aware.
• To carry out additional duties as requested by the Night Manager / Duty manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.00 per hour
