Noc – Senior Network Security Operator

As a Senior Network Security Operator, you will manage and support network security solutions for our customers, both in the cloud and in data centers.

You will be working with

As a Senior Network Security Operator, you will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of tasks, for example:

• Qualifying and executing security policy and configuration changes
• Handling live issues with the rest of the NOC team and customers, including troubleshooting and follow-up
• Being a technical account manager/solution specialist for one or more customers
• Contributing to the improvement of internal systems and further development of mnemonic's services (like automation of work tasks and systems)
• Contributing to customer projects, like revision of security policies, migrating systems, setting up new functionality and security solutions
• Participating in and/or holding internal and external training relating to security products relevant for our services
• Configuration and maintenance of security products in our lab environment
• Being in contact with manufacturers for follow-up
• 2nd line in shift during business hours (8-16), optionally 24/7 on-call duty 4 weeks a year
• Reporting, both internally and to customers

What you will bring

• Is highly motivated to work with information security and service deliveries
• Has the ability to work independently with complex tasks, be self-driven and take initiative
• Is service minded and able to communicate professionally with customers
• Has the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information, verbally and in writing
• Communicates well in both Norwegian and English
• Has general IT infrastructure skills
• Has experience with security products
• Seeks professional development and wants to become an expert in his or her field
• Is able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Practical or past experience from similar positions is an advantage
Experience from customer service or sales in an advantage
