At Spirii, we’re developing the future of eMobility through a raft of world-class products and an intelligent platform that allows our partners to bring EV charging to the masses. And we need your unique skills to help us take things even further. As a future-focused member of the Spirii team, you’ll be working on supercharging our NOC (Network Operations Center) team by being responsible for remotely managing, integrating and supervising entities in our ever-growing charging network. It’s a role that’ll see you working shoulder to shoulder with both internal and external colleagues in the development and customer excellence team – as well as alongside our growing roster of partners.

What You Will Do

The Spirii ethos is all about chasing excellence. It’s kind of our thing. We’re laser-focused on building customer experiences and solutions that enable the next generation of EV charging infrastructure.

You’ll help us get there by handling the following on a day-to-day basis:

• Monitoring health of the charging network
• Troubleshoot incidents, and perform corrective maintenance & escalation
• Identify and analyze patterns or recurring issues and suggest long-term mitigation strategies
• Remotely assist partners and installers with configuration and integration
• Assist in maintaining documentation of procedures, troubleshooting steps etc.
• Support compliance with SLAs, safety protocols etc.
• Participate in a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call duty with your NOC colleagues (estimated to occur every 7-8 weeks).

Qualifications

• Fluency in English & Danish
• Experience with NOC work (troubleshooting, ticketing, corrective maintenance etc.)
• Some experience with Python, SQL & JSON API’s and related software
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, adjusting pace and intensity as needed
• Experience from the EV charging industry would be a great plus
