MAIN MISSION
Manage the PSC NPI process of Thales Marcallo, following the lines established by the NPI manager and the director of the perso center managing the process to meet the needs and expectations of the company,
always collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve the objectives.

Main role:

• The standardization and harmonization of infrastructures defined by the corporate standards (PSE).
• The implementation within the requested times for the changes and projects managed by the process.
• Has complete understanding of the product, including the end-to-end use cases.
• Has the ownership of module(s) developed by the team and masters the technology stack.
• Identifies risks early in time, ensures execution of mitigation plan.
• Coordination of the NPI process with the Customer Service, Technical Consultant, Order Engineering and Data Center processes.
• Monitoring of the process obtaining appropriate indicators to improve the efficiency and reduce the risks.
• Prepare samples for validation of the processes and quality acceptance.
• The design, implementation and/or proposal of all the necessary improvements to reduce customization costs, technological improvements and the efficiency of the work teams.
• The efficient management of costs and budgets within the process.
