Nz Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Auckland team and hit the ground running.


This role will focus on the implementation of the NZ marketing strategy as set by the New Zealand Marketing Lead and Head of Commercial, the creation of social media content, social media design and delivery, EDM newsletter creation and delivery, wholesale marketing and promotions that support the Ozone Wholesale team, event management and execution, management of design and print collateral, and delivery of nationwide promotions and campaigns - ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will work directly with the Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns and marketing activity are effectively executed and meet all deadlines and are delivered within budget.


THE ROLE


  • 30hrs per week
  • Core hours scheduled between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Weekend and evening events as required
  • Salary $60,000-$65,000 per annum (based on experience)

EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum 2 years in a marketing role with specific social media and content creation experience
  • Interest in hospitality and coffee desirable but not essential

PURPOSE & KEY ASPECTS OF ROLE


  • Social Media & Content Creation: Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.), including EDM campaigns and marketing ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and working to global guidelines. Coordinate content and photoshoots or videography for new product launches, events and marketing campaigns.
  • Event Management and Community Engagement Assist in the planning and execution of Ozone events or collaborations to drive brand awareness and community engagement
  • Design & Print Collateral Management: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of printed marketing materials across the NZ network in collaboration with designers and external print partners, ensuring all collateral aligns with the brand and marketing objectives.
  • General Marketing Support: Assist in various marketing tasks such as market research, copywriting, creative brainstorming, and other administrative duties.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Report on effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide on the ground insight into how the brand can better utilise social media and wider marketing initiatives in NZ to drive sales, grow the brand footprint, taking inspiration from both in and outside the coffee industry. Track the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic to provide insights for improvement.
    Execute and manage ad hoc communications as needed using the brand's tone of voice so as to help create meaningful conversations with our customers, drive sales and product awareness, brand buzz and equity.
