We’re a national allied health team of 140+ people, built around a remote, community-based model.

Our clinicians see clients in their homes, manage the rest of their work from home and stay connected through Teams — with the occasional dinner or breakfast along the way.

Alongside our NDIS work, we’ve recently expanded into Support at Home (Aged Care) and are looking for an experienced OT to join us part time across both service areas. Location is flexible across wider Sydney. Travel is typically kept within 30-40 mins from your home.

You’ll work with older people in their homes, completing assessments and recommending practical solutions such as assistive technology, home modifications and therapy strategies to help them remain safe and independent.

You’ll also help us build capability across the wider OT team by supporting the training and upskilling of clinicians into Support at Home.

Your caseload will also include NDIS participants in your local area, with the ability to shape your caseload around the age groups you enjoy working with.

You’ll be joining an established multidisciplinary team across Greater Sydney, with strong local relationships.

What flexibility looks like here
For us, flexibility means giving good clinicians room to structure their week sensibly. That might mean clustering face-to-face appointments across two days and using your third day for reports, admin or telehealth. It could mean working from home in the morning and seeing clients in the afternoon, or adjusting your day around school drop-off or family commitments.

Flexibility works both ways
We give our clinicians autonomy, but we also value reliability.
There are KPIs and expectations, but we don’t believe good clinicians need to be micromanaged. If you like having space to get on with your job and take ownership of your work, you’ll probably appreciate the way we operate.

• $1,000 PD allowance in your first year, increasing by $500 each year, plus PD leave

• Monthly MDT workshops, lunch-and-learns and discipline-specific PD
• Gradual KPI build-up across your first month
• $70/hour for billable hours above your monthly target
• Accessible leadership, including the ability to book time directly with our National Managers when you need advice or a second opinion

What you’ll need

• Occupational Therapy qualification and full AHPRA registration
• Aged Care/Support At Home Care experience and confidence in training and upskilling other clinicians
• Experience working with NDIS clients in a community setting
• A suitable home-based working environment
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights
