Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical, sensory, and motor skills, identifying areas of need.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and needs.

Therapy Implementation:
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students improve fine motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Use therapeutic activities, assistive devices, and adaptive techniques to support students’ independence.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with teachers, special educators, and other therapists to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor and document students’ progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers on the student’s development.

Equipment & Resource Management:
- Identify and recommend appropriate assistive devices and equipment to support students’ learning and mobility.
- Maintain and manage therapy tools and resources in the school.

Support for Behavioral & Social Development:
- Address sensory processing issues and help students develop coping strategies for better engagement in school activities.
- Promote social skills, self-regulation, and emotional well-being through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Experience:
- 1 year of experience
