Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling : Call leads to understand their course requirements and guide them about our online HR courses.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with students for enrollment and fee collection.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media marketing activities to promote courses.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the student database accurately.
  • Payment Coordination: Coordinate payments and ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in similar role (2–3 years)

Other Details

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9 am to 6 pm
  • 10 mins for Badlapur West Railway Station
  • Preferred : Female Candidate
