Based in Dublin this role includes:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support HR tasks including onboarding, attendance records, and staff documentation
  • Draft reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office management software
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)

Working Conditions

Part-time (20hrs)
Office-based role

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15 per hour
