We are a small to medium company based in Auckland. We are currently looking for an office administrator.
A successful candidate must have an ability to show his commitment to work and strong organizational and communications skills. Minimum hours of work would be 30/ week but you may have to work up to 40 hours / week depending on the volume of the work. Minimum hourly pay would be $30 / hour and maximum would be $32/ hour depending on the applicant’s skill and qualification.
The candidate would be responsible to perform the following tasks according to their position:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You would be responsible for the staff payroll on weekly basis.
- Create monthly reports of expenses, profit and loss and cash flow.
- Responsible for both accounts receivable and payable, cash and electronic transections.
- Keep all the company’s records up to date and compliant with the relevant laws.
- Prepare financial reports, internal audit and report to the director on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
NZ diploma level qualification Or two years of relevant experience substitute the formal qualification. Must be able to work unsupervised must be a team player to fit with the team Good presentation
