A1 Tradesmen Ltd is a fast growing and fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will work as part of the existing administration team. A1 Tradesmen ltd is in the process of relocating to a new office and yard.

With the fast growth prediction we have the requirement of an office admin role to be filled.

Role involves:

- invoicing and allocating payments

- card payments

-Dispatch of the jobs on a workflow app and reacting to emergency allocating of jobs

- Answering the phone and dealing with tenants and customers.

- experience is a must to adapt with prioritising the work load.

Start date : Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €26,500.00-€28,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Bike to work scheme

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dublin West, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
