Office Administrator (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
We are a growing, family owned company based in Gastonia, NC, specializing in cleaning, painting, resurfacing, and repair in residential and commercial remodeling. We proudly serve Gastonia, Charlotte, and surrounding areas.
Our team is dedicated to building delivering high-quality work, and creating an great and smooth experience for every client we serve.
We’re currently looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
As part of our team, you’ll support both administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Managing/creating invoices and payroll using tools like QuickBooks and Excel
- Reviewing financial reports and helping track company performance
- Handling phone calls with vendors and clients to ensure jobs are completed smoothly
- Creating bi-weekly and monthly reports (profit/loss, expenses, etc.)
- Following up on invoices/payments with clients
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, mail, payments, emails and data entry
- Handle insurance documentation
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating with properties
- Coordinate and schedule with vendors, suppliers, and field teams as needed (company phone will be provided)
- Assisting supervisors with estimates
- Maintaining organized records and front desk operations
- Meeting in person with management as needed

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of office experience required
- Experience with payroll, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and purchase orders
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in construction or property management is a plus (but not required)
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
