At GRETA37, we are looking for a professional, flexible, and experienced person to join our fantastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Vehicle Maintenance Records
  • Update vehicle maintenance records in Eroad
  • Monitor/Manage vehicle check lists, driver log sheets
  • Documents management
  • Monitor/Manage Vehicle Compliance (COF/WOF/REGO/Full service)
  • Maintain vehicle folders.
  • Work closely with yard supervisor/Health and safety officer/drivers to ensure the compliances
  • Process RUC rebates claim.
  • Monitor/supervise workshop purchases.
  • Monitor daily fuel consumption and prepare fuel analysis report for Directors.
  • Issue Mobil cards to employees as per HR request.
  • Monitor/Manage unusual driver activities from EROAD/Everlink/Mobil online.
  • Process Daily work sheets and yard dockets
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor/Manage HILTI transfers.
  • Inspect discrepancies in yard stock.
  • All Inventory transferers should be supported by Inventory request note from sites, signed by the supervisor.
  • Process Inventory charge out to job sites.
  • Monitor small plant transfer activities though HILTI /Advise supervisors to use HILTI to transfer small plants between sites.
  • Monitor/Manage Small plant purchases complete asset/tools purchase request form and process the plant in HILTI.
  • Register maintenance.
  • Plant & Vehicle Maintenance Register
  • Small Plant and Equipment register
  • Workshop tools register
  • Office equipment maintenance register
  • Documents management & archiving – maintaining the archiving register
  • Managing meeting room reservations.
  • Daily Authorizing Timesheets (If required) – Liaising with Supervisors and Engineers for discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Admin Manager, Yard supervisor and
  • Ad-hoc work for Directors/ Finance manager as & when required
  • Attending on-going requests from Directors and Managers as and when required

Systems to Manage: Eroad/HILTI/Everlink/Mobil Card

EROAD

  • Add employees.
  • Issue Eroad PIN number
  • Update Vehicles and Plants
  • Monthly reporting (Save reports in the Domain)

HILTI

  • Add new plants
  • Add employees
  • Add Job sites
  • Register new plants and issue barcode

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
