If you've spent time creating exceptional employee experiences, managing office operations, or being the go-to person who makes work life better for everyone around you, this part-time role (3-4 days per week) is for you.
This role offers the perfect opportunity to shape our workplace culture while ensuring our office runs like clockwork. About you:
- 2-3 years' experience in HR administration, office management, or similar support roles
- Natural people-person with exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Master of organisation who can juggle multiple priorities with a smile
- Tech-savvy with an interest in utilising technology
- Detail-oriented with the discretion to handle confidential information
- Creative problem-solver who sees gaps as opportunities to make a difference
- Culture champion who believes every interaction shapes the employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources desirable
DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Transform our Perth HQ into a space where people love to work – managing facilities, vendors, and daily operations
- Support our global team by create memorable employee experiences from day one through thoughtful onboarding and milestone celebrations (online and in person)
- Support our Executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Drive People & Culture initiatives that enhance wellbeing, inclusion, performance and recognition
- Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting to offer letters, ensuring positive candidate experiences
- Maintain impeccable employee records and support reporting, audit and compliance
- Plan and execute company events that bring our culture to life
- Be the friendly face and helping hand that makes Kinatico an incredible place to work
