We are searching for a part-time Office and Facility Manager to join our Copenhagen office and ensure that our office is running smoothly and efficiently. This role will be approx. 15-20 hours a week.


  • Day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Copenhagen office.
  • Arranging and set up for daily lunches.
  • Managing company vendors and inventory (catering, cleaning, fruits, breakfast, other daily orders).
  • Handling communication with suppliers, guests, and other stakeholders within the Danish offices (Aarhus and Vejle).
  • Coordinating with the landlord on facility-related questions.
  • Help on seating plans/floor plans, and general health and safety in the offices.
  • Help with onboarding new employees.
  • Support event management of monthly and yearly local events and liaise with other offices to ensure alignment.

  • You are organized and effectively prioritize your daily responsibilities.

  • Your communication skills are exceptional.
  • You have proficient knowledge of Office 365.
  • Additionally, you can maintain a positive attitude in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
