Full job description
- Office Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Handle daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver documents, files, or packages to designated locations within or outside the office.
- Help in organizing office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Hospitality Duties:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist during meetings by setting up refreshments or arranging the meeting room.
- Errands:
- Perform outdoor duties, such as visiting banks, collecting/delivering courier packages, or making small purchases.
- Support Staff:
- Assist team members in day-to-day office activities, as instructed.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and errands efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
