Job Description – Office Boy
Company Name: Asia Solutions
Job Location: Dodda Banaswadi, Bangalore
Position: Office Boy
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Duty Timing: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours)
Weekly Off: Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and common areas
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and arranging documents
- Handle outside office work including bank visits, courier services, and document collection/delivery as required
- Support staff with daily administrative and office-related tasks
- Monitor office supplies and inform management when replenishment is required
- Follow company rules, instructions, and maintain discipline
Requirements:
- Minimum basic education
- Ability to understand simple instructions
- Physically fit for 12-hour duty
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Previous experience as an office boy is an added advantage
