Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces
- Keep our facilities safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
- Collect and dispose of waste
- Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells and restrooms
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Perform frequent outside inspections during shift – grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/loose debris.
- Remove garbage from public waste bins
- Cleaning all common areas
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Cleaning experience required
- Keen eye for detail
- Positive and friendly attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
